If you receive your pacakage in less than satisfactory condition, Capra Records will refund in maximum 72 working hours all costs (excluding shipping) to the full value of the goods, after the package has been returned to Capra Records. Returned product will need to be arranged by Capra Records, who will use a shipper of their choice. The cost is not applied to the customer. The customer can delete the order and got the refund if they don't want go ahead with the buy. A credit note will be issued, or you may request a refund of payment via Paypal or refunded to the credit card/debit card used at the time of order.
